As you pull in, park your car, and the tigers and some lions are RIGHT THERE. This place is OUT there, but if you follow your gps you'll find it. My boys are 10 and 13 and really loved it. There's a lot of listening and standing, but no running or exploring. Everyone needs to stay four feet away from every cage and can't lag behind, also there's no place to go to the bathroom inside the park. I personally would not recommend this tour for kids under four or five. I must have missed the info but they do take credit cards. There are no restrooms inside the park you will need to go before you go in (porta pottys outside the park). Tours this time of year (late winter) are at 11 and 1 only and are an hour long. Overall, I am very happy we drove out and visited this place, it's 100% worth doing if you love cats and/or animals in general. Try and be on time as they start pretty promptly. I recommend going to the 11am tour, as we saw the 1pm tour lining up and it was twice the size of our group, and we had a pretty big group. I would rate my experience excellent had there been a few extra minutes with the baby kittens. They preferred the guy inside handling them, which was nice to see, but disappointing that they would not stop crying while we held them, which was not long, just quick enough to take a picture, you give it back and give a few pets, and your turn is over. The picture with the baby tiger is cool, except the little babies all seemed upset, they didn't like unexperienced people handling them much. I already knew about her from other reviews I read before we went so when my fiancé walked too close to the fence I thought oh boy, I better tell him he's gonna get yelled at, and sure enough she yelled for him to step back, I had a good chuckle from that. Make sure you follow the rules, because there is a lady who works here that is basically a part of the tour to enforce the rules. The big cats here are awesome, so beautiful and they look well taken care of. He fed some smaller animals and the bears, and the bears were too cute. As he visited each animal it seemed like he had established some kind of rapport with the animals. The tour guide was really great, he had a good speaking voice, was loud enough for all to hear, and a fun, upbeat personality.
